Need a low cost loan to fix up your place in town? Loans are available to those who own property (residential and business) in the Town of Randolph. This also includes apartment buildings. Security of the loan is a mortgage on the real estate. Income and rent guidelines of the Maine State Housing Authority are referenced. The property does not have to be free and clear to qualify. The Town's Fund is on the Bank of Maine which also handles the monthly loan payments.
