Marriage Licenses
Information can be found here.  Licenses can be obtained for $40 (increased from $30 in September 2013 due to change in State law).  A couple may file in this town ($40) or each person may file in their own town ($20.00 for each).  There is no longer a waiting period.  Licenses are issued on the spot.  If there are any divorces involved, a divorce decree WITH A RAISED seal from the Court must be presented.
Below is a marriage intention form that may be filled out online and printed off or you may print the document and fill out by hand.  PLEASE do not sign this form unless in front of a notary or the town clerk. Also please note that no marriage licenses will not be processed after 4:00 p.m.
